should we care? happy to go blind....
  2. Don't believe what you hear
    Don't believe what you see
If you just close your eyes
You can feel all those edits
  3. Just watched the thing

Loved some things. Didn't like others...

First of all, there are a lot of "new" shots. The quality of the images is excelent 99% of the time, just didn't like some shots. Sometimes they doesn't have focus and sometimes they just aren't good enough, showing cameras, Larry talking with somebody etc. The overall quality of the images is good. The shots took from the air are very good ones, in my opinion. I think that's beacause they choose the Rose Bowl.

The "edit" part: Amazing during The Unforgettable Fire. You just have to see it...Very good in overall, showing Bono and Edge at the screen when they weren't in close positions, Bono and the fans and things like that. It's something that we didn't see before on U2 dvds.

The sound: Larry's drums were crapy, but I don't know if the reason was my tv or the unfinished thing. I'm almost sure it's something that will be improved...Bono's voice and Edges guitar are very good points.

The thing I really didn't like: Beautiful Day appeared as a "credits" song, after the show, without its real "images" and cut in the half, but I think the real dvd will show it at its place.

My impression: It has amazing things and things that could be in the first live dvd of a new band. The quality of the image is very good (in my HD tv) at 90% of the time. Drums sound were very bad here, but I beleive it will sound better in the dvd. The Claw and the lights are amazing! Ultra Violet was one of the best things I've seen so far. It isn't their best dvd, but I really liked.

    Setlist (60 minutes):
    Boots
    Magnificent
    Elevation
    The Unforgettable Fire
    Vertigo
    Crazy Tonight (remix)
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
    Streets (with a great intro)
    Ultra Violet
    Moment Of Surrender
    Credits with Beautiful Day

    Greetings from Brazil
  4. Good review for the broadcast !

If someone can post something from broadcat on youtube or for download somewhere... i'll love to watch it
  5. Good to hear some positive reviews. Hopefully this means a copy will be floating on the net soon.

Regarding Beautiful Day, remember that there was a mic change during the first few notes that Bono sang so it will be interesting to see how they have dealt with that. Guessing no close up on the roadie!
  6. Thanks, I'm watching it right now!
First impression : it's easy to notice there is something missing at the beginning but... I think it could have been worse.
  7. I REALLY like ''The unforgettable fire'' & ''Ultraviolet''
  8. Thank you!

I agree, its not terrible....and those song titles had better be in the TV versions only, please, God...

I hate it when they pop up before every single song. I know what it's called, and if I didn't, I'd read the back of the box. Seriously. They're annoying.

I agree! But I don't worry that much...
Can you here the audience? It's a bit better than on the Youtube Broadcast but... maybe it's because it's not an HQ version we can watch here...
  10. Vertigo rocks.
