  3. Nowhere. The whole EPK file in video format was available to download from U2.com since the Barcelona show kicked off the tour, but... I don't know if it's still available. Don't think so, since it's included on the Pasadena DVD extras.

  6. U2 have always been known to do new things, you know.... different things....they're cool.....ahead of their time.... I bet this is setting a trend here.... in five years everyone will release vinyls like that.... don't we love our boys....
