Best Buy.com has a pretty accurate "Check Store Availability" option that I use before I make a trip out, and I've just checked their website to see if its in stores yet- they won't be releasing it til the 22nd.
But you simply never know, I mean, Target had the discs out early, so keep your eyes peeled for vendors who don't know what's what.
