  2. Have you tried to clear your browser cache?

    Its in the Extra menu clear Private Data or something like that.
  3. Also try this:

    Press Ctrl-Shift-J. Press clear log (or something like that). Go to the page again and check if there are any errors.

  11. The linked you clicked is wrong (it is missing the userid), where did you click on that link?

  12. It happened to me some times, when I searched for the users on the Quick search (I think). It was later fixed, though.
