  1. Like the album as is except for two issues

    -Breathe should have been higher up in the track listing

    -Stand up comedy should have been left off

  2. I disagree as for Breathe's position. I think it's a good idea, kind of make an encore in the album. White as snow could have been the closer, and Breathe open the end of the album. I like it.
  3. They also could have included Boy Falls From The Sky and All My Life (which I just heard for the first time!), both way better than Boots and Stand Up Comedy.

    So here's another hypothetical track list that might have been:

    2009: the year U2 almost made their best album ever but botched it because they lacked the right consultants.
  4. add all those new songs they have played this leg and it has to be a better album, finished at the time or not...Boots, Breath and Comedy take away from the rest of the album for me, take any two of those out and add Mercy, and EBW, and others...it would be a more complete album to me (although i would rather listen to comedy over wild honey or man and a woman)
  5. Maybe Songs of Ascent will actually be a better album.
