    I'm also a big fan. Next time they run North Star out there this must be the version they go with.

  7. Every Breaking Wave is at the moment my favorite of the new songs, along with Glastonbury.

    Too bad U2 thinks completely otherwise.

    I got a big laugh about that. Sad but true. They made 6 albums (including Rattle and Hum) from 1980-1988, 3 from 2000-2009.
  10. Just heard the full band version of North Star.
    Imo, they didn't had the timing/drums quite right yet, but it sounds promising.
  11. I think Remy is referring to Glastonbury's sudden disappearance.

    I personally think it's more that U2 know the fan response to Glastonbury and want to give Every Breaking Wave and North Star some exposure to gauge their response.

    Side note: Every Breaking Wave has now clicked and connected with me.

  12. Yeah, that was my impression, too...I think that's why they just played the acoustic version after rehearsing the full band.
