I don't think they "say" nothing, they just reserve your copy - and that's all. When the album arrives, they call you, you buy it. Simple. But I think that "reserves" are not binding contracts, so I don't think you could claim or protest in any way if the album doesn't arrive on that date.

Yeah i guess, but they must know aleast whats coming to have the reserve sign out; just seems strange that this is the first thing we have heard, though the chances are its just HMV getting abit ahead of themselves
