1. Good call. and heres something to ponder for the new season, Hulkenberg leaves williams

seems abit harsh for last weeks pole sitter, probably end up at Renault or Force india, hope he stays in F1 anyway, you can't just drop young drivers after a poor rookie season (if your consider his season poor that is)

  2. Nah, to be fair, he was disappointing in his first season. Maybe he would have been better next year, but who knows. I don't think Renault will go for him, looks like they are retaining Petrov. I think Force India are retaining Sutil as well and I also think Paul Di Resta is getting that second seat. Can't see Liuzzi getting it. I think he'll go to a lower team, like Virgin.

But the talk will now go to Williams second driver. I think Pastor Maldonado, Venezulan who won GP2 this year. Looks very promising, but suppose, so did Di Grassi, Hulkenburg, Petrov and co. and they haven't performed as well as expected.

True, maybe something from Torro Roso will appear, their two bright young drivers have been bright young drivers for 2 years now and not really improving. Though i do like Jaime Alguersuari, the same age as me to the day

EDIT: forget that, turns out Torro Roso confirm both drivers for next year

Yeah, I don't really understand Toro Rosso. They kind of need to change drivers, that might help. Toro Rosso also probably want to keep them because they are young and cheap to retain.

P.S. whoever changed the title to Formula One, thank you

probably, must be exspensive essentially running two teams, but if the guys don't really have a chance of racing for Reb Bull, why keep them

They've kind of separated more from Red Bull now. Toro Rosso completely build their own car and almost do everything on their own. Still annoyed at Alguersauri for letting Webber through in Abu Dhabi though. I like Alguersauri, I think he's better than Buemi but I think he'll be out of F1 along with Buemi after 2011.

yeah, i still think its the same funding though, just not allowed to use the same parts, tests ect; which would have been quite scary for this season to tell you the truth.
  8. Formula One is a much better title, after all there's more F1 than 2010

I'll open a Moto GP- exclusive thread sometime, by the way. I'm tired of posting Moto GP news and comments in incoherent or random topics.

always wanted to get into Moto GP, thens there season ending? if its not already

  10. Yeah, season ended over a week ago.

Most motorsports have finished for the season except from NASCAR really.

  11. oh right, enought time to brush up for next year then . Must admit when i was at home over the summer i enjoyed the Indy car on sky sports, some old f1 names in there aswell
  12. Moto GP ended with an Epic Win for Spain. All 3 winners of the championships in 125cc, Moto2 and MotoGP were Spanish, as well as the 3 sub-championships. It's MUCH funnier to see than F1 to be honest, and there's always Valentino Rossi who makes it all twice as great.
