I'd really like to go to Singapore or Abu Dhabi. I've kind of been planning things to do during the time I have between leaving school in 2012 in June and going to university in September. Maybe Singapore could be on the cards but it would be mighty expensive.

yeah i liked the look of Singapore, or atleast somewhere warm, maybe its just all this snow . But the idea of sitting in the warmth and watching some racing is so unbelievably tempting right now.

Oh, it is seriously tempting. You're right, it's all this frickin' snow! I've completely lost track of what this thing called 'grass' is.

At Singapore, there is a London Eye kind of thing which allows you to watch the race from that but it costs thousands and thousands of pounds. I think I would just get a seat on the pit straight.

i see most european tracks have these places called 'bronze sections', which is essentially like a festival, grassy places around the track where you can sit and watch the race, not that comfy for the whole 3 days and its essentially first come, first serve, but i'd probably try it out some time, its the cheapest. But personally the pit straight its the best spot; everyone was trying to spot Martin Brundle do his pit walk lol, i think it talked to Christian Horner and Petrov at that one.
  4. On a completely F1-unrelated note:

This winter's gonna be tough everywhere. Probably the last very cold winter ever...

He always talks to Christian Horner. Don't know why, he's a plonker.

I know what you mean by those 'bronze sections'. There is loads of them at Spa.

I know. Alot of snow as well. It was -20 degrees celsius at the top of Scotland last night.

  6. Imagine a winter F1. "Mark, snow is on the way in 5 minutes"
  7. the new F1 season is only a week away. anyone else getting excited? Predictions? New tire supplier, KERS returns, and adjustable rear wings... should be an interesting season. I for one hope Webber can make up for last season's ending and win it all...

Getting very excited, yes. Looks extremely unpredictable so far, so that's why I'm really looking forward to it. Australia is always usually an exciting race, so I hope it produces some drama
  9. I've put my money on Vettel again, and i'm thinking really only 2 teams will be in it; Ferrari and Red Bull. I am kinda exited for Renault and Williams though, a few podiums in order for this season i think judging on testing.
  10. i bet and hope for Alonso this year

  11. Yeah, I reckon Alonso will be a contender with Vettel and Webber. Massa i think is destined to be a 2nd Driver.
