    Yep, that's how Walk on was received during the shows I saw as well. Quite a shame since it was brilliant on Elevation. Maybe they should file it under "Arena song". It doesn't really work with this arrangement and place in the set when played in a stadium.

    As for WOWY, no matter how badly they play it. The moment when the whole stadium joins in for the "ohohohoh" part is priceless.

  6. i love the 80's too! i'm just not at all keen on most of the noughties (or whatever you're supposed to call them)

    i know i go on about it too much and to be honest i'm bored of talking about it too... it's just hard when the whole reason i loved U2 was the 80's and 90's... (especially the 90's )

    what are you supposed to do when you love a band cos of what they used to do but really don't relate to what they do now?! i can't stop being a fan but i can't hide my frustration either... its a real dilemma

  9. they should play some songs like

    Fez because it's a great song from their last album

    Acrobat because in 20 years these song are never played and why wrote these song if they not play it and the stage are perfect for Acrobat and it's a great song for Guitar and Drums I don't understand why they never play it

    Discotheque or Last Night On Heart because the stage is perfect for these songs and it has been 14 years since they have not played these song except for Discotheque who was played rarely during the Vertigo Tour

    they should play more song from No Line On The Horizon like I'll go crazy in normal version sometimes or Unknow Caller in 2011 in rotary with other song

    Some older song like Hawkmoon 269 or A Sort Of Homecoming or others because these song are from U2's albums and it has been 25 years since they have not played these song and I don't understand why they should play these song sometimes because it's great song and younger fan are never seen these song in gigs

    Some people will be say these guy are crazy Bono are never time for older song I say it's not true see the 360° tour

    all are not old but it's all rarely song so they have the time if they want so for next tour why not some songs more older with some song recently off course it's a good mix

    I say too I love U2 and I love the 360 ° tour because they play many different song from many album but they forget Rattle And Hum and Pop

    10 songs from the '80's
    7 songs from the '90's
    7 songs from the '00's.

    I wouldn't dare list those songs here. Too contriversial and wrong thread.

Maybe it is, but some of us hadn't had a chance hitherto to see some of those greatest hits before, so I'm happy to point to silver linings I'm miffed that they've dropped some of NLOTH's stronger songs, and whilst I love the Elevation tour (bootlegs, obviously) they're overdoing the ATYCLB quota - I love IALW and Walk On, but I don't really think they suit the 360 setup, especially at the expense of Breathe and NLOTH. And the Crazy remix is old hat now - EBTTRT as it currently is outdoes it by miles. I love some of the experimenting they're doing, but there's still things I'd change. However, like I say, some of us before 2009 hadn't seen U2 live before, and I'd have been pissed if I'd missed out on the big hits, so, for my part, I'm not too sad about things!

    Agreed, on both points.

    I'd be careful - you go to uni./college, end up going on inadvertent breaks for weeks/months, and when you come back a couple of months later, no one recognises you
