Thanks sergio that's exactly the kind of advice I was looking for but like what would I take out? ahaha i wanna keep it to one disc >.<
  2. This is all personal opinion, right? I never been to keen on AAAA... Maybe switch AAAA for Kenneth, and Horse To Water for Imitation Of Life?
  3. Just to make it simpler for you, I would do this (keeping it down to your 21 songs length, and with the basic same running order):

Living Well Is the Best Revenge
    What's The Freqenc, Kenneth?
    Supernatural Superserious
    Pretty Persuasion
    The Great Beyond
    E-Bow the Letter
    Discoverer
    Oh My Heart
    So. Central Rain
    Electron Blue (Live)
    Final Straw (Live)
    Electrolite (Live at the Olympia)
    Gardening At Night
    Imitation Of Life
    Orange Crush
    Losing My Religion
These Days (LIve at the Olympia)
The One I Love (LIve Acoustic)
    Everybody Hurts
    Country Feedback (Live)
    Man on the Moon

Yeah that's a good! I'll try this one out for suree I kinda like AAAA but it's not essential this order looks smoother than mine for sure
  5. Saw some R.E.M albums cheap in a shop in the town the other day and I was just wondering, are Document and Lifes Rich Pageant good? Because I might just buy them.

Document would be considered "classic" REM. Their breakout album.

Not too sure where I'd rank the LRP. It's got a few "hits" but I don't think their anything you'd need on it that you couldn't get on one of their "Best of..." albums.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting Document only, but I thought that Lifes Rich Pageant might have been good too. So, I think I'll just purchase Document.
  8. Fall On Me and Cuyahoga are true must-have's, but other from that, Lifes is not an essential album in my opinion. Document is
  9. i'd buy Life rich pageant too
Fall on me, Hyena, Cuyahoga, Swan swan hummingbird, These days for saying some
  10. I really like LRP! Begin The Begin, These Days, What If We Give It Away, Fall On Me, Swan Swan Gummingbird, Believe...
  11. I haven't come to the forum for quite some time, I decided to drop by and was glad to see a thread dedicated to my favourite american band. I can't get enough of R.E.M., I know all their songs, I own every album, I have a huge huge huge collection of bootlegs, it's an obsession. Personally I never met anyone who was half as excited about the band as I am, I don't know why.
Collapse Into Now is top-notch, a masterpiece.

    Keep talking about the passion!
  12. Hi REManiac! Good tou see you're so passionate about REM as most of us are about U2

But in all honestly, I don't think CIN is a masterpiece... It's a very good album but definitely not one of their best.
