1. You people really think this is big news?! It's like killing one general in enemy's army. Of course Al'Quaeida will continue to function, and maybe become even more aggressive.

On the other side, Bin Laden family has been big friends with Bush family, so.

True, it's more a symbolic thing than anything likely to make a material difference.

In fact it'll probably just spur on Muslim extremism seeing as the US just made him a martyr

don't get me wrong, i have nothing against islam and muslim people - quite often they are the nicest people out - but i do hate that stinking muslim and all those scumbags who call themselves al qaeda
to the troops and the people behind this victory for the west

You write stuff like, "so glad that that dirty muzzie is finally dead," and, "i do hate that stinking muslim," and then claim to, 'have nothing against islam and muslim people." Language like that just makes you look like a contradictory, ignorant cunt, you know?

  4. Exactly. And that's what worries me because USA never does anything without some plan in their pocket. Let's face it, USA financed both Saddam and Bin Laden.

In next few years I expect another attack a la Pearl Harbour or 9/11 to back up another war against somebody.
  5. The news here is that they killed him and put him in the water, so I dont know but do they have any proof that they actually killed him. I didnt see any proof so I want to know it its real.

  6. +1

yes it's a big thing, one big thing has been done, one thing that had to be done.
Al Qaida and terrorism is not over of course, but an influential symbol has been deleted; it also hits sort of an invincible image.
i'm glad he's dead even if it took too long.

Do you know how many civilians were killed by US army in Iraq under the name of the fight against Al Quaeida that didn't have anything to do with Iraq? If you knew, you wouldn't speak like that.

Too many people on all sides lost their lives so one man (that US used to finance) could be put in the ground.
  8. Is it just me or is it strange that when you caught the most wanted man on the whole planet, you just throw him in the water :S ??

I think its a good thing that they killed him, a man like him should be killed. Lets hope that now the world could go into a more peacefull period and that Islam people stop with killing inocent people.

    You're joking, right?
  10. What a lack of knowledge.

  11. I meant organisation like Al-Qaida, Hezbolla and Hamas. Of course I know that the normal people in countries like Iraq, Iran and Afganistan dont like wars and that the most people there werent happy with some idiots flying into the Twin Towers.

Edit: But to be honest I'm not a big fan of the Islam religion and of all the religions. Here in The Netherlands we have had and still have some problems with Moslim people.
  12. it's a very delicate discussing thing
i'm against any kind of war and civils deaths, and soldier's too. i was against Iraq war, i am against Libia bombing and so on. and i think Bin Laden could be taken without ten years of Afghanistan war.
has Bin Laden got to be keep alive? go and tell to NY, Washington, London, Madrid .. Marrakesh people.
you can say the same for the iraqi people and you're right too .. as i said it's very delicate
i'm against any kind of human being kills .. but there are exceptions that cannot be consider "humans" .. Osama Bin Laden is one them .. like Hitler, Mussolini and some others maybe also one from your ex-country (don't get offended by this, it's definetely not my will; if so sorry)
