  1. this flac shit should be banned, there should be something saying "if your going to share a concert, make sure its in a format where EVERYONE can listen to it, burn to CDs and put on their Ipods"...


    flac is useless unless you wanna collect the highest quality version of every concert

  4. at the show, along with the night before as well as pasadena and vegas 09, watched the great hd capture of this show, listening to the bootleg now - playing One - this is the best 360 show and the playing - so far - is better than glasto. Doesn't matter much because this show and glasto are the ultimate 360 shows...christ, with the new songs they tried last summer and the way they might finish the tour this summer, the 360 tour might be actually worth all the hoopla and money surrounding it, it might be the greatest travelling rock 'n roll show ever...? Hmm, its just tough to listen to this and glasto and believe there could be a greater U2 show out there...though I hope Anaheim night 1 gets posted soon because they played their asses off that night too and I think "With or Without You" from night 1 is the best version of all 360 performances.

    Just download a program like winamp and google "how to convert from flac to mp3" intructions and you'll be done in no time. I do it all the time! Don;t worry, I don't "pollute" the pool. It's only for my own personal use.

    Oh believe me, I know how to convert flac>mp3. I was just being sarcastic to the folks above in the thread who are ruining things for everyone in the name of instant gratification.

    I am now encouraging other tapers not to share/torrent their material because U2 fans (especially U2start) are routinely blatantly disregarding any requests in info threads.

    How many shows from the american leg don't have any audio recordings released? Or what is released is rather poor?

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? I wonder why.

    Wonder why I don't audio tape much anymore? Wonder why I am sitting on almost all my complete U2 N.A. videos?

    Two reasons. #1 sellers like rockindvd.com, and #2 people completely disregard anything other than what THEY want. Well, if you don't let it out, no one can screw you.

  12. Just wondering, is the audio on the page for the second Anaheim show the same as the HD quality audio linked in this topic?

    I've currently got the 3.5 star bootleg and I absolutely love it (I guess I'm a bit biased since Anaheim 2 was my first U2 show ever), but if the FLAC audio here is significantly better, I'll probably try to get that one, or maybe hope somebody can convert it to mp3 and post it as a second source.
