1. Dear guitar fellows, I want to declare you all:

    I am in love.

An extremely gorgous thinline with P-90 pickups (one Seymour Duncan and one custom made) and semi-hollow ash body.

    Damn hell, YEAH.

    Christmas can't come soon enough...........
  2. Gorgeous, Sergio. Love the finish, excellent choice.
  3. Something just stood up.
  4. Very very nice Sergio!

Right now I'm drooling over the 30th anniversary G&L's. I've never tried a G&L before but I've only heard great things about them. Things like "They're what Fender aspires to be" and so on (only makes sense).

I just can't decide if I want to go the "strat" (G&L Legacy) or "tele" (G&L ASAT) route.

  5. Thank you, Victor, Joe, Cal, Alex for the warm welcome to my new love

Alex, I have to say that, while both of them are absolutely amazing (and GL's are indeed regarded as excellent pieces of guitarship), as an Arctic Monkeys I have a soft spot for the white Strats. If you've seen any early video by the Monkeys you'll know why

EDIT. Just in case you havent: Dancefloor or Shoes. That's why I love arctic white Strats
  6. Well Sergio, you already know how much I approve of your axe-to-be and Alex, Strat ftw. Hoping to build up my 'rig' (I put inverted commas because it's not exactly much of anything really lol) once I get some wonga together, assuming I can keep the job going for as long as poss.
  7. Keep the job going and the rest will come.
  8. Hahhahahahaha, guitar is at the post office, and it's not opening until Monday. FAIL
  9. There's nothing dangerous with trying to fix the action and intonation of a guitar by screwing the screws oneself is there?
  10. Nothing.

You already got your beauty, I guess
  11. I did, it has some buzzing frets that I'd like to get rid off. apart from that, the tone is gorgeous.
