I feel like I'm missing out on so much.....this page loads fine, but page 208 is completely broken. (I'm viewing 209 pages, idk how many you guys have it set up to see)

    435 pages

    *high five*

If you change it, then you'll miss out on less posts

  2. I thought we could cope with massive threads these days? I seem to recall Risto saying that since they changed something behind the scenes we no longer have to close a thread when it hits 5,000.

Don't get on my case, I'm bootleg moderator

Yeah, but GC 15 was closed anyway. Even though it wasn't necessary. I guess it's tradition and good practice.
  4. We might as well roll up to 5,250 posts then.

Doesn't mean you can spam in order to get some fresh meat

EDIT: The inaugural General Chat went up to 27,455 posts.

Okay... I just looked up where to I'd run to run one kilometer to set a nice mark for that competition.
  6. IT'S ALIVE!!!!
  7. 3:12... That's not that good, left way too much energy out there. Guess that's a lesson for next time.
  8. I have no idea how I'd stack up against that. The last run I did I averaged about 4:06 per km. But I was running quite steady hoping to run a bit further than 4km. So, if I'm limited to 1km (0.6 miles) I could probably push that down a bit.

I'll go out tomorrow. It'll last no more than five minute

I think 3:12 should be a very beatable time.
  10. Pfffft I can run 1k in about 47 seconds.
