Quite random yes. Probably because everyone is short on money these days, banks don't want to give you too much interest. Prefer to hand it out in bonuses.
On another note: I'm almost tempted by this CD. For sentimental reasons. "New York" on that disc (live from Boston) is what ignited my interest in U2. I've lost the disc now though.
