1. I wonder if someone has done something like that with bootlegs. Doesn't sound like a hard job.
  2. Originally posted by RUMMY:It might be diificult, but once all of these tracks get their official release, I think I'd like to try to reorder them (with clean transitions) so they represent a flow that is more in line with the 360 shows.

Heck, maybe they can do that for us!

We're going to have almost every song from 360 now anyway, so that's a great idea...or maybe even just wait a few more months so they can include the rest.
  3. I hope Your Blue Room makes it...sounded great at my gig at Giants Stadium...
  4. Your Blue Room

I would love having Glastonbury, North Star and Every Breaking Wave. Unfortunately, that is not gonna happen. But then again, who expected Mercy on Wide Awake in Europe?
  5. It would make sense to include the "new" songs from 2010..but then again,I said they should have released a show from that European tour,IMO,those gigs were the best hands down...I hope a bunch of songs are from Europe 2010..

Really? To me they seemed the most disjointed, like an inbetween of the 2009 shows and the 2011 shows (not literally). 2009 was the year of NLOTH, 2011 was the year of greatest hits ala Achtung Baby. 2010 to me was just random.
  7. 2010 had the weirdest opening; an unfinished jam?!?!? and then the long awkward silence until Beautiful Day started. just plain weird.

but Bono seemed fit and rested for the tour again.
  8. 2011 had the Magnificent remix.

I just don't like the vocal of B on NLOTH. I'm sure earlier performances (Milano, Amsterdam) had him in a much better shape.
  9. I don't get where the hate for the Magnificent remix is coming from. In my honest opinion, it has much more power than the normal performance and it makes good use of the stage. It has an own identity.

  10. I really liked the shows from 2010.It was the first time in the bands long history, that they were actually playing new/unreleased songs.Of course, when they came to the States, they decided against this. They just seemed so into the shows in Europe 2010..The gigs in Switzerland and Brussels sounded great..as did the Rome gig..but,IMO, Brussels and Switzerland were some of the best the band played on the 3 year tour..
  11. My favourites:
    - 2009 Milan: including a great speech by Bono and Electrical Storm. The setlist is close to perfect.
    - 2009 Pasadena: the YouTube gig. It has many nice little things like a 'In God's Country' snippet in Beautiful Day.
    - 2010 Turin: the 360 debute of Discothèque, Glastonbury, North Star, Return of the Stingray Guitar, Miss Sarajevo and Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me. Solid performance.
    - 2010 Rome: just great.
    - 2011 La Plata: 360 debut of Even Better Than The Real Thing and a North Star performance. Great audience. And Muse.
    - 2011 Anaheim: opening with Real Thing, Fly, Mysterious, Until The End, One, Streets and I Will Follow. Full stop.
    - 2011 Moncton: The Aaronic Blessing. Great way to end a three year tour.

    Sorry for the offtopic.
  12. Given that NYD is on the list, I hope they pick a performance from Montreal. I really love how Edge changed up the solo there.
