    They're moving into ATYCLB-to-HTSAAB-time-between-albums territory.

  3. Three years ago...so long ago. Hopefully something new comes out by four.

    The band should take the direction they went with Cedars and Being Born - and release an entire album based on that; becoming more experimental again. Lengthy songs and cryptic lyrics.

  6. I'm going with end of 2013. I know there was the rumour of something coming next year from some record company note but apart from that who knows.

    The mythological mythology Songs Of Ascent which seems to be a myth of it even really existing in the way that it was described, I'd be surprised if it even exists. Then again, a straight-up rock album would be great as well.

    I think any new U2 would be great in whatever form it comes - as long as it doesn't come in the form of ATYCLB!!!
