I need to listen to some songs of David Gray, I've downloaded Babylon (If I'm right) and I loved it.

Yep, I do like a good list of statistical data.

As far as David Gray goes, if you go through them in the order I've listed them you can't go far wrong. Babylon is from White Ladder, which is the highest placed on my list. Alternatively, grab his Greatest Hits and go from there.

And don't you forget it, Fabian.

  2. music reduced to a mere calculation of numbers bleah ... art is not cold math (sorry Matt hehe)
i'm sorry Tim but i can't say it's a great list where London Calling not only is at 9th but mainly comes after something like INXS .. David Gray ...

Lol! I only calculated the year with the most albums in the list

If I was basing on impact and technical attributes, then London Calling would probably be higher than those two. As you said recently, we can't agree on everything here. Don't get me wrong, I love The Clash, more so than INXS - but I also do love Kick. Fair enough, it may not be your cup of tea. I respect that.

London Calling is a great album though.

  6. Pato, I'm afraid to break it to you but you can only have 5 albums from one artist if you are doing a list of 50. You can, however, include 10 albums from one artist if you are doing a list of 100. Even then, you wouldn't be able to include every single U2 album.
  7. ups ....I will edit it
    Give me time

Edit: i m going to complete the top 100 . It was my first idea , but i have no more time nos ...so i will post later the 51-100 aalbums

Which is a stupid rule we must drop next year. You cannot send in the albums you like the most because you focus too much on one band? The results are not correct in the first place because of it. This is an U2 forum and U2 will win. We should either prohibit U2 or allow it whatsoever.

By the way, if Pato adds fifty different albums to his list, the currect U2 albums will only get more points and influence...

That said, I think we should not be too strict regarding the number of albums by one artist on a list. Pato might want to edit his list and listen to other artists, though. If he needs advice, I will upload my list in a few days.

Next year we will do songs again, or at least thats what I found more fun and will probably be easier and more populair on the forum. But I think with songs it is a great rule, otherwise the whole top 20 would be U2.

And yeah we wont be too strict So if you want to edit your list Pato its great, if you don't it doesnt really matter.

One more week to go guys and girls
