  3. Because she will see the footage in advance then she will have to sign release forms to confirm that the footage of her can be put on to the DVD. It could possibly be that she refused to sign the forms, although it doesn't sound too legitimate. Why would she refuse it? Any U2 fan would love to be on a DVD release.

    she would definitely sign the papers after the show, but how/why would she be shown the footage? No one who signs release forms would have enough leverage to ask to see the footage. U2 and Co. wouldnt go to the trouble of tracking her down and showing her the finished product - they would probably say 'ok then we wont use it.'

  6. The original broadcast of the concert (it was broadcast live to the USA) featured the song but it was cut from the released video as the video needed to be less than 2 hours.

    I'm not sure why it wasn't added to the set when the show was later released on DVD.
