  1. Yeah, the new superslim PS3 goes up to 500GB in size.
  2. I saw the 160GB goes for 230 euros, including a controller and PES 2013. Seems a good deal to me.
  3. Getting myself back into Fifa Ultimate Team after I was denied a transfer in career mode. Now I've just got to save some coins and buy some decent players. Still, far more entertaining than playing Championship football with Derby.

    I'm working my way through all the GTA's at the moment. Completed both III and Vice City. Time for San Andreas...
  5. I just finished Far Cry 3, what a great game. Similar to GTA only in the jungle.


  6. I went through singleplayer a month ago. Amazing experience.

    Now I'm playing Dishonored, the best game of 2012 IMO, and The Walking Dead.
  7. I thought Spec Ops: The Line was the best game of 2012. Didn't get nearly as much success as it deserved.

    I play FIFA 13. Ultimate Team is a great feature, too bad it's really buggy on the iPad.

    I had 800 coins, bought two bronze packs (400 coins each) and sold the contracts for 250 each overnight. When I woke up I was at 1500. Didn't play that day, but did the same the next night. Woke up with 3000 coins, so that method pretty much doubles your money while you sleep. Not that great, but very easy. If you are lucky, you might get an extra pack or cash price out of those packets.

    Currently I play with a silver-bronze Italian squad. I've got the gold players, but their contracts are way too pricey.

    You can apply silver and bronze contracts to gold players too, they just have less of an effect. I try not to spend more than 200 coins per gold contract when I'm in need of one, sometimes you can be lucky and get a rare gold contract for 200-250 coins. I bought a jumbo gold premium pack today and whilst it was full of players I didn't want, it did contain four rare gold contracts and two normal gold contracts. I won't be selling them in a hurry though because they're useful. Formations seem to sell well on the market, I don't use them so when I list one it can fetch up to 750 coins depending on the modification.

    As usual, I'm building a Man Utd team on the side of my other teams and I need a left back. Evra is expensive and Buttner seems to be quite rare.

    I bought a pack the other day and you know how it flashes up briefly a player name, then the cards spin round to the front - well it flashed up 'Ronaldo' and my heart skipped a beat...turns out it was only Rolando.
  11. I know silver and bronze contracts are applicable too, but I think that is even more pricey than buying a golden contract card. From experience I can say packs are not worth buying, unless you really need a Saudi, a Rolando or just feel lucky.

    You building a ManUtd team is hardly surprising. I think that's one of the most expensive things to do. My end goal would be Dutch national squad, but I am not sure if that works well with teamgeist.

    Another well-known trick is to set a maximum buy now price and then go to the page where the auctions with 59 minutes left are. I got some pretty good deals over there.
