1. damn you sergio, how the hell do you do this...you'll have to teach me later.
  2. He played a lot, lot of tunes unplugged, just in front of us; in a moment, he lost his pick, and I got one of mine's (I had just rehearsed with my band so I had some picks in my pocket) and gave it to him. He used it for that next song and then returned it to me. It was epic
  3. Going to see Muse on March 4 now.

That was a drunken committment that I shouldn't have made.
  4. Anyone here seen The Gaslight Anthem and Tenacious D? I've got a dilemma, in that they are both on the same night, in the same city. I've seen TD once before and they were great, I told myself I wouldn't miss their next tour here. Haven't seen TGA but I'm keen to.

Anyone's past experiences seeing either band would be appreciated. Having a tough time with this one.

  5. Thought about seeing them here in Brisbane, but for who/what they are their asking price of $96-130 dollars was a little steep..
  6. Nick Cave would be a fantastic show.

Three weeks now until ZZ Top, Rose Tattoo and Guns N Roses. Looking forward to that for my 25th birthday.

If someone has seen them both it has to be Matt (EyesWithPride).

I haven't seen nor like Tenacious D but I can swear that Gaslight put on an amazing show
  8. Deftones - march 9

    Go to Gaslight Anthem.

Don't even let this be a question anymore. Seriously.

Well, to be honest around 30 minutes of it must have been Glen speaking He tells great stories and jokes between songs. I was first row of course (I was first in the waiting queue) and spoke a lot to him during the show. What a top guy, top top guy

He refused to sign my guitar, he said it was too precious to ruin it with a sign
