no i am eating true the whole day and the only thing i think of is a good meal, breakfast and lunch...so that's good i walk a lot and i cycle everyday to get my condition retaining. Next week it will be a lot heavier when my white blood cells breaks down to a low point so my resistance dissapear .. just wait and see what happens ...
