1. I've got tickets to see the Monkeys (with The Vaccines and Miles Kane supporting) in Rome, on July 10th! Just 6 days after seeing Muse there too. I feel like in heaven or something

Also, Arctic+Vaccines+MilesKane are probably the best bill ever for 38€!!
  2. They started touring last night again and played a new song, called ''Do I Wanna Know'':

It sounds very nice if you ask me
  3. Glastonbury tickets turned up this morning...

  4. I was about to post this, and I was going to say differently. Maybe it's too early to judge – as it's only an amateur recording – but it's repetitive and uninspired. It takes almost three minutes for it change, and that's only slightly.
  5. Yep, I didn't like it too much. Sounds too similar to R U Mine, too repetitive and basically boring.

BUT they brought back Old Yellow Bricks, Fake Tales Of San Francisco (first time since 2007) and Dancing Shoes (first since 2009), that is GREAT news and gets me realllllly pumped for the Rome show - just over 6 weeks away
  6. I love this song so much...

about effing time this was back, hopefully they come back to Aus soon.

  8. Studio sounds better but still not their best work...

  9. On the other hand, this is another new song they've played in the latest shows, and it sounds better, more interesting imo:

It's been described as U2-sounding and that can only mean good things

  10. Pro-shot of last night at a new festival in Holland.Only 33 minutes.
They played A Certain Romance and Mardy Bum, don't know if those are in this video.
  11. OMG those are the songs I want to hear the most!!!!! If they play them in Rome next month I can seriously die or something. Thanks Bart!!
  12. They're not included in the broadcast, but there's a proshot version of Mad Sounds (19:15) that reaffirms me in the opinion that it's a great song, even if it's of the same soft stlye as most of Suck It And See.

And OMG, seriously, A Certain Romance and Mardy Bum are arguably my favorite songs off their whole discography. Both bring lots, lots, lots of great (and not so great) memories. Someone around here might remember that I made 100 or more signs asking for Mardy Bum at the Madrid concert in 2012...

They obvsiouly didn't play it The crew even shown them extensively on the screens between songs but Alex Turner decided to ignore them. Let's hope it doesn't happen again in Rome.
