And to be honest, I think "signing up to die" is one of the more poignant lines in the song at the moment. Perhaps it's because I'm so used to the original that, while the lyrics are still powerful, I'm "used" to them...but when he sang that line my heart actually skipped a beat and my emotions were instantly tangled in the song like they've never been before.

I've also had a few major PC problems and only recently got it all rebuilt and functioning again. Rebuilt from the ground up and functioning perfectly once more.
