1. Shot this portrait of Edge last week in the studio where U2 are working on their new album which is due out later this year..

This shot is part of a new series of portraits I'm currently working on. I'm aiming to exhibit this new work before the end of '13.

  2. If you could that'd be great I've been trying but it just sounds a bit off
  3. With the new lyrics on that version of Sunday Bloody Sunday, I don't think that verse is about Iran but about poverty/war in Africa - as that is the point of the ONE Agit8 album.

EDIT: Definitely the case the new verse is about Africa since these lyrics are from the Clinton 'Decade of Difference' performance in 2011 - which I didn't realise earlier.

I don't entirely understand the references Bono is making in the verse though. Though I agree that it isn't really better than the original verse, but it's not really a change for the worse either - nice to have a switch up.

I definitely like that version of SBS, Larry's low key drumming and Adam's 'piano bass' in the background really add something over the previous acoustic versions of SBS.
  4. U2 covering Aslan. Not too shabby at all. Bono in fine voice.
  5. excellent performance of an Irish classic. nice unfussy arrangement too. simple and direct. might be a lesson there for U2 as to where their strengths lie.
  6. Nice cover! I hope they kept this energy for the album
  7. Good cover. Quite nice to finally have some new U2, even if it *is* a cover.
