I adore Bailey's.

Just one or two for me tonight. On the hand-crafted Edinburgh beer, Innis and Gunn, tonight. Oak-based beer with hints of toffee and vanilla. Gorgeous.

Found this the other day. A type of Peroni which has a higher volume of alcohol and a different taste consisting of malted caramel and can be quite wheaty and biscuit-like. Worth trying. Excellent consistency too.
