    Try Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk - eBay as well might have it too.

    Anybody know if one exists ?

    Here's the full show just released by the Crystal Cat 'label'. I haven't heard it yet but CC releases are usually good quality. These are MP3s at a bit rate of 256.
