1. I've got some VIP Meet and Greet tickets to see Neon Trees in July, and picked up some GA tickets for The Killers in May!

I'm seriously considering picking some Foster the People tickets up as well but the financially responsible part of me says no

    How was Arcade Fire @EyesWithPrideB3?
  2. Perhaps the title of this topic ought to be changed, because it doesn't look as though ANYONE'S going to be attending a U2 concert any time soon...

Arcade Fire were out of this world. Amazing show...practically at a loss for words.

  4. So I take it that means you'd recommend it? Haha

I'm not a huge fan of theirs, but I do like the music I've heard. Think it's worth going for someone who isn't hugely familiar?
  5. GO Mark

Lol is that even a question? For me hands down best studio band in the world at the moment, for the last few years even. Up there with some of the best I have ever seen (and I have seen pretty much everyone)
  7. The Eagles in June. Just saying. Im that excited already! haha

  8. Just got to know them recently - what an amazing band. And I was thinking that rock n roll is dead! They really brought it to another level.

  9. Looks like the consensus is pretty clear amongst U2starters! I'll most likely be picking up tickets sometime soon. What an exciting summer it's going to be.

    >Foster the People
    >The Killlers
    >Possibly the Governor's Ball Festival in NYC
    >Young the Giant
    >Neon Trees
    >Arcade Fire
  10. No idea about Youg the Giant and Foster are a bit overrated BUT you got some killers there (pun very much intended)

Go to Gov's Ball, too. Best fest lineup in the country at the moment. You'll see The Strokes' only show of the year, more than likely.

Also, Outkast and Jack White. Don't skip it.
  12. I was at Fall Out Boy last night, good but not brilliant. Miles Kane the night before that, he was great - put on a riotous show.

Seeing Franz Ferdinand on Tuesday at the Barrowlands. I'm super excited for that.
