1. These boots are awesome so far, and we havent even gotten to the "meat and potatoes" of the tour. I'm halfway through St Louis and its another solid show from the boys.
  2. Although a relatively short setlist ("only" 29 songs!), I think Tulsa might be the best performance of the first four gigs - and they didn't even play gems like Release, Go, Corduroy, and Immortality!
  3. Tomorrow's Tuesday!

    ACL 1 (Oct 21):Geoff
    Cincinnati (Oct 28): Matt
    St. Louis (Nov 4): Jason
    Tulsa (Nov 4): Ron

    Lincoln (Nov 11): Dave
    ACL 2 (Nov 11):
    Memphis (Nov 18): Matt
    Detroit (Nov 18): Nick
    Moline (Nov 25): Nick
    St. Paul (Nov 25): Kieran
    Milwaukee (Nov 28): Ed
    Denver (Nov 28): Kieran
  4. Probably bad timing for me to post this given that we are in bootleg-release season but I thought I’d share this little mix from their 1995 tour.

The songs are taken from one of the Washington, Melbourne, or Salt Lake City shows - none of which are officially released so this is all perfectly legal...I think/hope. Obviously, the sound quality is somewhat below the standard of the official bootlegs but I feel the earlier shows are worth listening to as, imho, there are no “marginal” songs from their first three albums.

Thanks Matt! Looks awesome. I cannot wait to get my hands on the Detroit boot!

Tulsa is definitely my favorite boot so far. I haven't listened to lincoln yet. ACL is good for a festival.
  8. PJ are rumoured to headline one of the biggest festivals in Spain (the same fest that confirmed Muse a few days ago). If it happens, I will definitely be there even if it's 500 kms away from where I live and I'd prefer to see them both at their own tours. Muse and PJ at the same festival, what a dream!
Any rumours of any European PJ gigs/festivals just to back it up? It would be July 9-11th...
  9. Pinkpop in Holland is every year a rumour. Mike said they would do some shows next year, nothing big. Would be very surprised if they would come to Europe again.
  10. Ok so I'd better rule the rumour out. What a shame
  11. The fact that it woud surprise me doesn't mean they're not coming
    Let's wait and see.
