1. I like our review and it's safe to say we agree in the album's highlights? (Pass The Gun, Fresh Blood).

Just realized I never did a proper summary for it, I was too drunk (or fell asleep)...

Summary: Overall a great album to listen, definitely out (really far away) of my/(most of our) comfort zone(s) - which is always great. I could have done without some of the weirdness and the outdated instrumentation (so many 80s synths and reverb drums!), but it was overall a pleasing listen hat might push me to dig a bit deeper into Cooper's catalogue Thanks Drew!
  2. I forgot about the summary bit.

Here goes: every time I listen to this album I find something new. Definitely some of AC's finest solo 'story songs' here (Pass The Gun Around, Scarlet And Sheba, Former Lee Warmer, Fresh Blood). The guitar work as well is just something else too.

In closing: if you want more like this (albeit a bit heavier) go for Brutal Planet, The Last Temptation, Dragontown). Thanks everyone!!!

  4. Well, I wasn't expecting this.
  5. with Sergio you could expect anything
  6. I was referring to the Frank Turner album. I'll post some initial thoughts up later on.
  7. Well, there's wasn't much that stood out on first listen. "English Curse" really put me off the second half of the album and I tuned out if I'm honest. That "wasn't expecting this" comment was written midway through "One Foot Before The Other". There were some highlights of that first half though, "I Am Disappeared" being one of them.

Second listen, I chose to tune out during "English Curse" and try to focus on what I missed first time around. "Redemption" really stood out, what a fantastic little track that is. I'll give it a few more listens before Friday, but so far it's not that bad
  8. One Foot Before Other is nice track.
  9. Sorry a bit late

Here is my Alice Cooper DaDa s review

It was a very good surprise. I was expecting something very boring . And i really like it . I listened many times. Some songs are very dark and others very strong

My top 3 ( it was very hard to pick beacuse there were many good songs for me )

    1-Enough’s Enough
    2- Pass the Gun Around
    3- Dyslexia

Close to top3 : Scarlet and Sheba, Fresh Blood and DaDa

I was looking for some live stuff on youtube but i coudn t find any of those songs ... any know why ?

Drew dijo que ninguna de las canciones se había tocado en directo, y que Alice Cooper ni siquiera recuerda haber escrito y grabado este álbum

    (Sorry for the Spanish intromission)
