You'd better offer your services as a programmer then, I doubt the U2.com techs know how to do it properly and having you involved, some tweaks could be added to the code so no U2starter missed out on tickets
  2. The european schedule is so tight that I don't see many more options for more shows then those already metioned in above posts...maybe Antwerp for the Lowlands...Amsterdam seems to thight as the have two/three night between each pair of shows/city
  3. Strange to add an extra LA show, still so much tickets left for the other 4 nights. They will need to drop the prices, otherwise it will be a looooot of empty seats!

Exactly. The same with MSG. There are still expensive tickets ($300) for almost all of the shows there. Never mind all of the resale to lets available through TM+. Factoring those resale tickets in, the six shows in NYC aren't really anywhere near sold out.

I wonder when the hell are they gonna announce any Dublin dates. I reqlly wonder. I was expecting the January announcement would include them, but no hint of homecoming gigs whatsoever puzzles me
Bare in mind it is still January. With there being reports of Dublin gigs in December, it is a long time until they take place and the gigs will obviously sell out in minutes. No rush.

My mom was looking for tickets earlier this morning and said the MSG shows were sold out.
  7. Newsflash: Apparently at u2.com they posted a presentation (now deleted) showing the official stage for the next tour. It looks like there was a mini-orchestra to the right of the stage.
  8. I checked just before I posted. Found $300 tickets for all but the first show. And there were plenty of resale tickets available for that one.

    Wow! Any more news?
  10. I haven't seen the presentation, the link is down. I knew about it from another fan at @U2.
  11. This is what he said (no reason for him to lie):

U2.com posted a presentation just like they did for 360 tour showing the in all its glory.

Its now confirmed the stage will be in the middle of the GA floor - the long catwalk. There is no End Stage/Rear end stage or "B" stage.

Its looks like Larry Mullen Jnr's drum kit will be on a rounded platform which I predict will turn 360 degrees.

In addition the screens will be located above the stage similar to the 360 screen but a double sided screen - no idea if the screen expands.

The sides of the stage showed the bands guitar technicians - the interactive presentation also showed a mini orchestra to the right of the stage
  12. Perhaps someone at u2.com screw the pooch posting that and it was immediately removed.
