1. Considering the fact that this album was released 6 months ago and it has had zero marketing and promotions since Bono was injured, this album has got some amazing staying power.
  2. I love this album, but don't play it more then once a week at the moment.
I'm sure the songs will sound fresh again when heard live.
  3. Still playing a few songs a week from this album...probably California, Iris, Cedarwood and Sleep Like A Baby. Those are definitely the highlights.
  4. I listen to new album almost every week and sometimes more than once. But always skip California and SFS... and sometimes skip Miracle and Iris, but ad Lucifer's Hands to playlist.
  5. I think Lucifer's Hands has actually become better over time. It helps that it uses bits from Stingray in it too - wish we could have got just that as a proper instrumental but I'll settle for Lucifer's.

I still am not very into Lucifer's Hands, I usually skip it and go to Crystal Ballroom.
  7. And I'm not into Crystal Ballroom - I'm not fan of 80's disco. And agree with Drew: I would love Stingray instrumental too but Lucifer is still great.
  8. Lucifer's Hands instrumental would be incredibly boring
  9. ^ I don't mean Lucifer's Hands instrumental. I mean studio version of Stingray Guitar - cca 3 mins.

Agreed about it getting better ; disagreed about an instrumental.
  11. I listen to the album when I workout so I tend to skip some of the slower songs, but when listening to the album in the car or just in my room with headphones, it's just as good now than it was a few months ago. I'm really happy with this album, and i still stick to my opinion on it being the best album they released in the 2000s. All just my opinion though
