  1. Will the taper of Inglewwod #4 share the lossless version?
  2. I got the VIP party pack. It included food and drinks at a pre-party, a gift, some decent seats, etc. However, in the description for the event it mentioned a VIP merchandise area. I was never able to find such an area. Did I miss it or did this not exist? If I missed it, what is available there that isn't in the standard section?

I mean, I was already flabbergasted just by looking at the videos...

(Thanks for even further eloborating my point btw )

When I saw the visuals for Iris, I was quite moved because of the weight of the song. Obviously, having been to 360, I'm well familiarized with U2's use of visuals so it was impressive but not surprising.

The moment I saw Bono walk IN BETWEEN the screens and realized that it could be raised as a another stage element, I had to pick my jaw up off the floor.
  4. Hi all,

I'm new here. I have been to the past 4 Fourm shows, but need some info about the GA procedure. I have RZ again for tomorrow, but I also have two sets of GA. My husband and son are taking one pair. We'll be there early to get their tickets, while my daughter waits in the RZ line. I have a second pair that are going to a friend who will be there late, like 7 or so. I've cleared it with TM to add her name to one ticket order as an alternate pickup. The Fourm, twice has said as long as TM is ok adding her, they are ok with her picking up the wristbands, minus the CC it was purchased with. That's one part of my issue hopefully resolved. Once you receive the bands earlier in the day and then line up to enter, do they swipe your card again ad do you need the ID? I'll be in the RZ line so I can't be there with my husband, but can hand him my CC and ID. I have a second identical CC that can be left with the box office for my friend if, in fact, she really does need that card to swipe to gain entry. I'll be long gone and in the RZ and refuse to move! Love to hear from someone who has been through the GA line here in LA.

    Thanks,
    Melissa

  5. All 5(6 actually)! It's been a crazy week. 3(T, W, Sat), 2 Red Zone (Sun, Wed) plus I was lucky enough to have gotten into The Roxy! I've been overwhelmed, tired, excited, in tears at points...One hell of a ride I'll tell ya! Went to Vancouver for the first two as well. Really missing The Troubles. So good!

wow, living the life tell us about the roxy!
  7. Ok, bear with with me here. I would love to share the pics and videos I took. I do have them safely uploaded to the laptop and in iCloud. I haven't had time to add them to YouTube or Flickr or some other photo sharing site. I have to get the two offspring sorted for school, one has high school finals and we are calling tomorrow an official holiday in our house as it is the final LA show. Husband is uh, sick tomorrow(amazing ability to see into the future) and offspring #2 has a, doctors appointment, yeah, yeah, early....Coincidentally, the doctors office is in Inglewood...how odd is that?! So we will all be down at the Fourm all day tomorrow. I promise to get more familiar with this site as I am totally new, and share everything I have.

That being said...The Roxy. Wow, well, where do you start? Mind blowing to be in such a small place with so much energy flowing around you. When they started playing The Ocean I was floored! I realized that this was going to be the night that they played for themselves. I can only imagine what the very early shows must have been like.

I was on Edge's side with one person in between me and the stage railing. Bono stayed towards the middle and Adam's side for the most part. Adam did come over to our side briefly. Adam was f'ing cracking me up. At one point he had has eyes closed and was just rocking his head as he played. He clearly was in his own happy little world. Larry, unsurprisingly, was very reserved. All business that night for Mr. Mullen. Then we have I'm Gonna Crowd Surf doing his thing. I honestly was questioning what the hell he was thinking with his shoulder and arm injuries. All was good, but, he was full of energy and was probably trying to relive 1981 or something. All good in my book.

This was something that I will never, ever forget. How I got in in the first place and the cosmic alignment that made it happen will not be repeated, that's for sure.

Again, since I am new, give me a few days to get my stuff together
  8. ^^^
thanks for giving us a little insight on that gig! also, love the pictures you uploaded are there any more?
  9. Added to the show pages. Will also torrent the files soon.
  10. Chelsea Handler was also showing her breasts (safe for work article) at the past LA show, which means two blondes were "letting the dogs out" at a U2 show.
