  4. I think we established that he has a set of glasses with a teleprompter integrated into the lens to help him with the lyrics, but the Bono urge to freestyle is too strong sometimes.

  7. Doubt it.

But the technology does exist and it does explain why he had such a fit about one of the Gareth's taking his glasses.
However, if it does exist it's not very effective measure.

Still, I appreciate certain songs where Bono goes full on freestyle with the lyrics.
  8. I do when it works. I don't like how he's permanently replaced the lyrics of Streets though.
  9. hahaha, Alex... Your namesake got you there.

Bono should be judged at the International Court of Justice for the crime he's been doing with Streets.

i havent listen to streets much on this tour, whats he doing with the lyrics ?
  11. At least Bono is doing a better job of the lyrics than I would. There'd be some interesting concerts if I typed up the lyrics on the teleprompter from memory. I think Beach Sequence is the only song I could manage.

On the subject of Streets, I like the California snippet, but it only really shines when the "all I know, all I need to know" part is dropped. I can't stand that part of the snippet.
