yeah... I believe we gonna see them at the end of 2017 or even 2018

Won't be that late. Early 2017, I'd say.

nah, I don't believe it... I think they gonna do Australia, New Zealand and Asia first, this gonna take a little while and then maybe SA

I just can't see them touring this series all the way until 2018. The tour is probably going to be finishing in North America in autumn 2017.
I think we're looking at Australiasia and Asia late next year then SA early 2017. Europe in spring 2017, NA late 2017. We'll also need to see how they expand the stage for stadiums - needs to be done in South America, and they might as well do it for some others places too.

Ditto for Australia I'd say. Haven't toured arenas here since 89

A couple of decentlys sized arenas in Australia too. They could get about five nights in Sydney and Melbourne, also looking at Perth and Brisbane too. Then you have a few nights in Auckland.
ADAM CLAYTON: TOUR, NEW MATERIAL COMING TOWARD END OF 2016
Q magazine also names two previously unknown songs
@U2, December 29, 2015
By: Matt McGee
Adam Clayton has told Q magazine that U2 is planning to restart the Innocence + Experience tour -- with new material -- "towards the end of the year," a reference to 2016. The quote, along with a couple song titles that we haven't seen mentioned anywhere else, appears in the just-published February 2016 issue and serves as part of the magazine's 2016 preview.
You can read the full article via the scan below, but here's the relevant quote from Adam about the band's new album and its timing with more concert dates:
"The intention was always that we started on the Innocence album and go through to the Experience album. We'll start the show up with additional material towards the end of the year. We like the idea that there's a rounding of the circle."
Speaking of the new album, Adam says U2 is "really optimistic that we're on top of our game and we can finish this one quickly, but you never know until you get under the bonnet and get the screwdriver out." The Edge is quoted as saying U2 still has some songwriting to do, but could probably finish recording the existing songs in "four to six weeks."
