1. If I read the news right last month... I remember I read that Bush, Powell, Rumsfeld and their friends were revealed to have lied to the public about the Iraq war around 500 times. I wouldn't vote for a liar's party. No idea if McCain is of any better credibility than GWB.

But then again... Michael Moore pointed out in "Stupid White Men" that the Democrats aren't much better. He made some good comments about the Clinton years, concluding that Clinton might have been a better Republican than some Republicans.

    Guess I'd vote for Obama.

I'm so sick of politics and politicians. Sorry.

  2. OBAMA rocks so hard.
  3. Originally posted by haytrainHard to answer for all Democrats, but I'd say that 90% of them will. Both parties tend to stick with their party lines once the nominees are announced (in August at the conventions), as they'd rather have someone from their own party (even if that person wasn't their first choice for the job) in the White House than someone from the opposing party. However, if a candidate that doesn't get the party nomination decides to run as an Independent, throw all that logic out the window. (for example, if Clinton won the Democratic nomination, and Obama decided to run as an Independent, most people who voted for Obama in the primaries would probably follow him and vote for him in the general election.) Very unlikely, at least in the case of Obama and Clinton, but things like this have happened in the past. Hope that clears things up.
OK thanks so much for answering

He won all 5 primaries and caucases over the weekend, and looks like he might win all three today.

Indeed. But that would (will?) be dangerous.People won't feel the need to vote him when he has advanced Hillary. Winning in many states is a double-edged sword...

Hope everyone DID vote! Hillary got mine, though it was close for me between her and Obama. In the end, the promise of universal health care, the repeal of No Child Left Behind, and her experience in the White House won her over for me.

The repeal of NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND!!!?????

My daughter has a mild disorder and the only reason she gets the therapy she needs is
because of no child left behind.

Honestly neither Obama nor HIllary are any different from the other candidates......

I think I'll just vote for McCain - the lesser of many evils.....
  9. What the hell?! I saw a video of Hilary...I think it's from yesterday...she went to the stage with "Where The Streets Have No Name" being played!
Are they both using U2 songs?!

Cant' believe it. It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO great!!! U2 is up again!!!

  11. There you go.

Some comments on the video say that the music was played by the hosts and was not chosen by Hilary's people.
