My bet is on 6 songs from the Joshua Tree, some other songs from the 80s and some big hits such as Vertigo. Happy to be proven wrong though

This is probably most likely accurate. Making it truly a "nostalgic hits show". (which, btw, is ok with me, as long as they bring it to Atlanta. Won't be travelling for this.) They must have run this by Larry on a bad day.
  2. Traditional RTSS would top my wish list. I fear Exit is a pipe dream.

There wasn't supposed to be such a huge gap between albums and between the Innocence tour- legs and the second group of experience tour-legs, was there?

They couldn't remember if they were working on Songs of Experience or Songs of Ascent...
  4. in which case the last album will be called SOA: Songs Of Alzheimer
  5. I think to call this Jt 30 band will have to play most of the album not just 6 songs. I would be suprised if they didn't play entire album and that be the big reason to go out and do it. 6-7 songs is waste.
Also didn't we hear from Irish Radio or Irish newspaper that the album has been done since Nov? I find it strange all the mis information which makes me think they are looking for a marketing surprise of some sort or a new way to get album out.
  6. I vividly remember 'Exit' from 1987-07-10, Rotterdam....
shivers down my spine even today.
  7. I would be happy if after the SOA tour they would only do anniversary tours like this JT mini tour.

    How about The Edge?
  9. Back in 1987 there wasn't someone who contributed Exit as a motivation to kill someone.
