Agreed that that other continents have been more underplayed by U2 for many years,
I'm from Prague and we had just one show so far (in 1997), so you are still in lucky European country

Definitely that. Just some of the decision making is odd if they choose to neglect Dublin for a second night. It won't effect me at all as I luckily have my ticket but there will be a lot of backlash.
Another factor maybe that this is a stadium tour. There could be limited availability for stadiums in August as sporting seasons are opened.
  3. They will add a second date in Dublin they will be negotiating with the GAA to see if they can do Sunday wit ha decent Curfew time...........Otherwise they will do it Friday......

  4. but we have to admit the Czech Republic is very specific location from the music industry point of view

The GAA aren't the problem...it's the local residents

..and so are more Eastern located European countries. Sure Western Europe is lucky (except maybe Switzerland and Austria). It seems not very fairly divided. Dont know why.

  8. He's right. Only three events allowed per annum. Coldplay have one, supposedly Ed Sheeran has the other booked. Hence the increasing unlikelihood that there will be a second show.

They, the residents, ruined Garth Brook's in 2014, have no doubt that there's many who would happily screw over Bono given the general view.
