Just check how Tim ended up after following all the I+E tour. On the right, how he looked like at the Vancouver gig.

I got much better numbers this year, compared to last year. In sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, BMI, etc. Not to brag, but I aced the test.![]()
So small changes can really make a difference. You don't have to starve to notice a difference.

Wait, are you talkinig about running or following every show?

Following every show! When you start living in a time zone that's all the way across the Atlantic you'll realise how difficult it is. Myself and Ross were way out of sync with BST in 2015
The running is easy (it's not, but it gets easier). I didn't go at the weekend, just couldn't find the time. Probably look to do a 10km during my lunch break tomorrow. I haven't attempted a "quick" 10km for a while, but I'm sure I can bring my time down.

And you are also going to follow all JT 17 shows?
Your ego is writing checks your body can't cash
