    But hold on a second , so BTBS was also essentially cut from MSG (that brings it up to 4) , and replaced with a flawed version ? thats also edited ? with Bono saying Colorado ? Why do this ?

    The MSG version of BTBS is pretty kick ass, as Ive just listened to it once again , and Bad was a monster at this show .

    One can only hope a couple of these tunes will be up on U2.com as downloads , as they did a few years back with the extra 360 songs .
  3. I bought the new mixes on iTunes. Haven't listened to them all yet, but I really like the alternate take of ISHFWILF! It's not too different from the original but it's a little... poppier or more jangly or something? Nice to have.

  5. Agreed..his whole rant about the "Glory of the revolution" is cut..why ? Cause he cursed ? His rant is basically the point of the whole song .

    UF , BTBS , Bad , Spanish Eyes cut . BTBS replaced with a flawed edited version from another show (Colorado) . SBS edited .

    This is a bastardized version of a classic show ....pisses me off as the sound is absolutely fantastic .

    I actually slid BTBS from MSG (WV) in place of the edited Colorado BTBS...and much to my surprise it sounds pretty good....MSG is by far the best JT from WV . Did the same with the other cuts . Try it out Matt .
    I keep meaning to play around with all those WV bootlegs, the RH cuts, and now the two official JT tour releases...make something "special." Hopefully I can get around to it this summer.
  11. I played the MSG cd in the car all the way through today and Exit to me sounds even bigger than the R&H movie version.
  12. I did the laziest thing: made a playlist with this new live release and put TUF, Bullet, SBS, Help, Bad and Spanish Eyes from WV and to my surprise the transitions are smooth. That's how I'll play it now.
