1. First time in Foro Sol since PopMart?
  2. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE COMING TO ST.LOUIS!!

When I got the email from U2.com and saw "New shows added" I said to myself "do I dare open it up & be let down again?"

I admit when I saw St.Louis as one the dates I had to do a double take because I didn't believe it!

I needed this, last month was pretty rough for me.

    Thank you, boys!

I'd heard that due to problems installing the roof on the new Mercedes-Benz stadium, it's opening date has been delayed until August. Maybe this played a part in skipping Atlanta. Or maybe new shows will be announced there if they're confident in the August opening date & there's availability. Looks like they just got the roof open for the first time.

yeah dog. minneapolis too! i'm so stoked
  6. Actually the first preseason game is 8/26, so they'll be open on plenty of time. The problem is the Falcons play a night game on 9/17 so it probably conflicts with getting stage up in time, which is why the originally had Georgia State Stadium listed.

Could it be industry politics that keep money in the hands of Live Nation, and not other international promoters that may still dominate some of those markets / countries you're discussing?

This is a serious question up for discussion, I really don't know if there's any validity to any of it.

Sammy O' Sullivan told me before the last Dublin i&e show that "we'll be out again in the fall". My theory is that Live Nation had already paid U2 up front for this new tour (which was supposed to be the second part of i&e) and may have had a deadline for when this contract had to be honoured. As the SOE album wasn't ready (WILL IT EVER BE ?!!) someone came up with the Joshua Tree Anniversary tour idea.
  9. I'm happy for the South American fans and even the North American fans who hadn't got a show already but it is a bit of a slap in the face to Europe. The entire EU tour is only 2 more than I personally attended on the last EU tour !!
  10. SAN DIEGO!!!!

    Red Zone time!
  11. Thanks, Paul!

I've been waiting for this day since 2011, I'm so excited!!

Going to get up bright and early Monday morning for the sale.

I still can't believe I am finally going to be seeing them!
