Usually I don't have problem with public transports in other countries, but to have more companies with different tickets and prices is kinda confusing
Btw. even train from airport is cheaper than Connexxion busses (and Connexxion tickets are not transferable even for another Connexxion busses
GVB is much easier, cheaper and understandable...

The thing is that (most) locals have just one pass (OV-chip) that can be used for (almost) all public transport.
But it certainly is a problem for the tourists. And therefore causing a lot of problems too, especially in the trams in Amsterdam because most tourist will buy a ticket in the tram
