In terms of the sound of the mix too, The Edge.
  2. I'm confused... This is the straightforward arrangement?
  3. Just listened to it again...it's horrific
  4. I still like it. Not their best song but Its still good
  5. Honestly, knowing the Kygo remix, how could people expect a "rock song"? I like this song, it's just as "fresh" as it was described in the past few days by Fanning. Moreover, I don't want another Joshua Tree or Achtung Baby even though they were great albums, I do want something different... not u2 doing the same stuff over and over, imo this is the only way to stay around for 40 years together. I guess people complaining about this aren't going to spend a penny for this single or the upcoming album, am I right?
  6. Some people want AB every time they release an album :-). I like the songs and i'm happy they still make music
  7. Supposedly.

I wonder if the one Edge is talking about will be the one on the album, and/or if it's the soul sci fi mix or whatever.
  8. So the album version could be different to the one we are all hearing now.
  9. Apparently.

I find it hilarious that this single release sounds like a demo in terms of the quality of the mix, and Edge just said that it's based on his original demo. They probably just released his original demo lmao.
