I won't be doing it, 95% certain, unless they guarantee there is no extra charge for the international SMSs. Ticket demand is only getting lower every tour and I'm probably just aiming for general sale or getting tickets later on for whichever show I'm attending. No more presale madn€$$ for me

If it helps people then they can quote the reply I received so the people at U2.Com have an idea of what questions we are asking etc.
It is good that they can offer up such information to us prior to what we know is coming.
It has been a fair system previously. To allocate options to fans who are a part of U2.Com.
