1. Song for Someone thing sounds neat, only I wish SoI had either started or ended with SFS then, so they could be sort of bookends.

    Very interested though.
  2. Btw. we already have different version of SFS - on SOI deluxe... do we need another?
  3. It doesn't really sound like a different version in that regard..I imagine it's more akin to the Breathe reprise in Time (Pink Floyd), or the two different In The Fleshes. Similar song, same lyrics in some parts, but overall a different song.

reprise is something different... and with SFS it probably wasn't planned when creating SOI. And both mentioned PF were on one album... it's like Breathe reprise was on Wish You Were Here
So - I don't like this idea, but will wait what it really will become...
  5. Maybe it's the new Lady With The Spinning Song For Someone
  6. I'm interested to see how accurate this tracklist is. I remember there were rumours of a hidden 13th song, so I assume that's this alleged SFS-reprise deal. I really like Song For Someone, and like revisitation type things like that, so provided it's done reasonably well I think I'll be pleased.

We'll see though. It's possible this tracklist may not even be accurate, who knows...
  7. I can't breathe!!! Seriously, I get that when I'm overexcited. Hoping for new single tomorrow. Now, get me some oxygen.
  8. I hope that this SFS has the "I know that there are plenty of reasons to doubt" lyric change.
  9. I hope that this SFS has totally different lyrics and much better music
  10. For what's worth, Radiohead also included Morning Bell in 2 different albums, with different arrangements, but the 2 versions were very so-so anyway. Let's see what happens here.

Green Day also put Welcome To Paradise on two albums
  12. U2songs are saying the album announcement should be tomorrow.
