1. hahaha

I kind of understand why Noel's one gets a higher rating as his new album is quite a departure. But that does not make it better (it's not so good anyway)
  2. I find it weird that the Irish seemingly don’t like U2, or at least there’s an attitude of “pffft don’t bring up U2 to me”.

Here in Canada we do nothing but hold our artists up (apart from Beiber, fuck em’ and I’m sorry).

As an Irishman I can say that it's mostly Bono they hate...and yet whenever they announce gigs in Ireland there is a nationwide scramble for tix

Haha, that’s what I mean. Like, why? Why is it so uncool or whatever to like U2 there?

Guarantee if Bono walks down a street in Dublin people would be happy to say hi to him, same people who talk shit about him otherwise.

Typically the tax thing gets thrown about....ironic in a country which promotes tax minimalisation on an industrial scale

    The Joshua Tree it ain’t.

It’s not supposed to be. It’s where they are now. It’s brilliant
  7. Exactly what a daft comment to make, at least as a reviewer give yourself some credibility and realise the band are going in a completely different direction to TJT. I agree with you it is brilliant.
  8. imagine a review for AB "The Joshua Tree it ain't"
