  2. I wrote them today and complained saying that it wasn't fair to expect me to resubscribe when I don't even know what the new gift is/haven't received my other one.

    It would help if U2 would avoid the absolute slacking with sending subscriber gifts out .

    Typical logic thinking on their part. Sending them out during the holiday period. It's too busy and mail get delayed or lost all the time.
