  5. I’m happy enough with that even though it does seem a bizarre choice of rotational for that part of the show. Would prefer wild horses every night though.

When exactly did he say that and to who ?TBH I'd take that with a pinch of salt U2 are known to change their minds at the last minute and the set list will change radically in the first few gigs in fact there will probably be a lot of variation on this tour as certain songs will be dropped usually they rehearse jobs to 50 songs for an indoor tour, Tulsa will be a live rehearsal they will get the vibe as to what songs fit in and what don't.

    And then it usually turns stale pretty quickly...

Stale???Go see the Rolling Stones or GnR if you wanna hear songs that are 20+ years old and nothing new ,U2 are the only established band that are taking risks releasing and playing new songs but there are always the few who will never be happy, they could easily go out and a do a Greatest hits tour or a farewell tour like a lot of their contemporaries but they continue to challenge themselves and their audiences.
