But you won't see the crowd acting like that during Streets. The casuals may not miss Streets, may not know they want it, but when it is played they'll know they're experiencing something special. Always gets the strongest crowd reaction.

Personally, I'd much rather see Acrobat, & would be devastated if it was swapped out for anything, even Streets. But if the band thinks the crowd is lacking at any stage, then Streets is the obvious answer. I'd hope they'd swap it for COBL or Pride, but that's not going to happen, for the US at least (MLK 50).

    Or WOWY
  3. amazed and happy about the majority of things! can't wait to see it live!

    some minor gripes:
    - lights of home sounds a little boring, I prefer the swaggering album version.
    - while the blackout graphcis are fantastic, I wish this was a main stage song!
    - too many songs played on the elevated catwalk...

    - the american crowd that pride video of edge standing amidst unmoving dude bros drinking beer is just.......

They're certainly giving other parts of the crowd more of a chance to see them up close, giving more love to the catwalk & the RZ. Coming at the expense of the main stage a bit I think. A good idea, but I'm a bit sad, as that was my favourite spot, but now I wouldn't know where to go.

I love the new elevated catwalk. Previously it was difficult for those near the catwalk to see the band in the screen, now they're not so 'invisible'.

Yeah, the Blackout graphics were great. But I think it was too long, before the big reveal. We're not all there to watch TV are we! Hope they'll open that screen a bit earlier.
  5. Thought that opening was unreal....awesome
  6. I think most would rather hear Streets than a lip-synced LIAWHL
  7. Not in the context of the show. LIAWHL shouldn’t really be considered a song in this context or part of the set it’s an intro.

Didn't Bono sing part of the song live, though? And play keyboards at some point, I thought I read? Just wondering.

  9. I'm keeping an eye out for a friend, who wants to be spoiler free. It would be lower than that for Bono, closer to 40% on the main stage.

Not from what i seen or heard on YouTube he did lip-sync the whole song but all you could hear was the album version over the PA, I didn’t see a keyboard anywhere near him.

Agree. Great way to start the show IMO. I love the song, & wouldn't want to see it removed, even at the expense of Streets. Streets for COBL, now that's a different story.
